Radio Network FO Engineer

About the role

We are seeking Radio Network FO Engineers to support field operations, optimization, and performance improvement of our 4G/5G radio access networks. The role involves on‑site activities, troubleshooting, and close coordination with planning and optimization teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field activities for radio network rollout, optimization, and maintenance.
• Conduct drive tests, site verification, and on‑site RF measurements.
• Analyze radio KPIs to identify coverage, quality, and interference issues.
• Support troubleshooting of radio network faults and customer complaints.
• Assist in site integration, swap, and modernization activities.
• Prepare field reports, logs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with NOC, optimization, and transmission teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Radio Network Field Operations (for experienced candidates) or academic/internship exposure to RF, RAN architecture, or drive testing (for fresh graduates).
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driving license (if applicable).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with drive‑test tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo).
• Understanding of LTE/5G RAN parameters and KPIs.
• Familiarity with vendor equipment (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei).
• Knowledge of 5G NR, VoLTE, and Massive MIMO.
• Basic data‑analysis skills using Excel or Python.
