Business Development Manager – Logistics

About the role

K-Link Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and profitability in Myanmar’s logistics sector. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support senior leadership as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable business opportunities aligned with the company’s distribution strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from lead generation through closing, using both direct and intermediary channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with primary and secondary customers, vendors, and third‑party partners.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system and generate regular pipeline reports.
• Support the General Manager and Managing Director with ad‑hoc strategic tasks.

Required profile

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development within the logistics or supply‑chain industry.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and travel as required.
