Business Development Manager

About the role

CyNetX is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to join its on‑site team in Bahan. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s connectivity, cloud, and IT infrastructure services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and competitive analyses for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and report performance to leadership.
• Represent CyNetX at networking events and act as the primary point of contact for prospects.
• Continuously explore ways to expand market presence and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology or IT services.
• Strong relationship‑building, client communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and craft go‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
