Operations Supervisor – Retail

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations of our kids‑fashion retail stores, both online and offline. The role acts as a bridge between staff and management, implementing SOPs and handling operational issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including attendance, discipline, grooming and performance of staff.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor completion and follow up on results.
• Verify compliance with SOPs, checklists and company procedures.
• Serve as communication link between owner, staff and various departments such as sales, inventory, warehouse, accounting and online sales.
• Maintain shop display standards, cleanliness, customer service and online/offline sales service standards.
• Resolve operational problems quickly and prepare required reports for the owner.
• Lead the team during promotions, events and busy sales periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in supervision/management of retail, fashion, FMCG or e‑commerce operations.
• Higher education completed; preferably with certifications in retail management, operations, sales or leadership.
• Strong staff‑management, problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Initiative‑driven and able to take responsibility until tasks are completed.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
• SQL knowledge.
• General ERP software proficiency.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from 800,000 MMK to 1,500,000 MMK, negotiable based on experience.
