Business Development Executive – Education

About the role

Myanmar Technopreneur Academy is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to expand its training centre and education services. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and help the academy become a market leader in technology‑focused education.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate technology trends and design new educational programmes to maintain market leadership.
• Develop and execute sales target plans for each academic term, driving enrollment for new classes.
• Identify career pathways for students and promote post‑completion opportunities.
• Collect and benchmark data from other education providers to implement best practices.
• Monitor class progress, attendance and performance, maintaining regular contact with students and teachers.
• Set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and ensure they are met.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create content and strategic campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of relevant experience in a private university or comparable industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
