Assistant Agency Manager

About the role

The Assistant Agency Manager supports agency growth, agent development, and overall business performance. Working closely with Agency Directors, team leaders, and agents, you will provide coaching, performance monitoring, and operational support to drive expansion and improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to team leaders and agents, ensuring timely guidance and acting as a business successor to the Agency Director.
• Accelerate agency expansion by managing recruitment, activation, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production and activity metrics, identify under‑performing groups, and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Coordinate agency meetings, events, and compliance processes while delivering back‑end operational support (e.g., IT, market surveys).
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly agent engagement activities, gather feedback, and strengthen communication between the Agency Director and agents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales management, agency management, recruitment or business operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
