About the role
The company is seeking an Accountant to manage daily bank reconciliation for all its bank accounts. The role involves close collaboration with finance, sales and accounts receivable teams to ensure accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliation for all company bank accounts.
- Check bank statements against accounting records, bank books and transaction reports.
- Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliation reports for review by the Finance Manager.
- Follow up with Account/AR and Sales teams for unidentified or incomplete bank receipts.
- Reconcile dealer/customer invoices with actual bank collections and identify overdue receivables.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of accounting or bank reconciliation experience.
- LCCI Level 2/3, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation schedules).
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB, Tally or Peachtree.
