Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, relationship‑focused Account Manager to lead high‑impact advertising campaigns for leading domestic and international brands. You will act as the primary liaison for senior‑level clients, translating market insights into compelling communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships, building trust and delivering strategic communication plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to generate actionable campaign insights.
• Develop and pitch creative proposals, estimate budgets, and oversee campaigns from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate internal agency teams and external partners to ensure multi‑channel campaigns launch on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; diploma in Management, Administration, or Marketing is a plus.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in advertising, sales, or marketing, preferably within FMCG, beverages, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a “can‑do” attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced agency environment.
