Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and optimal utilization of space and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety briefings for the warehouse team.
• Supervise all daily warehouse activities and monitor secure allocation processes and layout planning.
• Control forklift operators and assigned manpower, ensuring proper use of material handling equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance of MHE such as forklifts.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to keep finished‑goods inventory up to date.
• Report raw material and production material inventory status to the Assistant Manager and Head of Department.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.
• Awareness of ISO 9001 standards and personal hygiene requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient written English for email communication.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work overtime as operational needs dictate.
