Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, quality control, storage and picking.
• Ensure goods are handled, stored and issued according to procedures, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve productivity targets.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance and track productivity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of stock movements.
• Organize systematic stock placement for efficient inbound and outbound processes.
• Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and compliant with operational standards.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse activity reports as required.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and material handling procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Odoo.
