Vice President Finance

About the role

TUMIL HOLDINGS LIMITED is seeking a senior finance executive to provide strategic leadership across its diversified portfolio. The Vice President – Finance will oversee either the Accounting & Reporting function or the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business Finance function, driving accurate reporting, robust controls, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group accounting, tax compliance and audit coordination to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
• Manage monthly and annual closing processes, fixed‑asset accounting and internal control frameworks.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash‑flow analyses and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present management reports for senior leadership, including performance dashboards and investment evaluations.
• Support loan structuring, investment assessments and other financing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
• CPA Professional Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in accounting, tax, audit coordination or FP&A within a multi‑industry environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction with senior management.
