Truck Driver – Healthcare Product Delivery

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a reliable Truck Driver to transport healthcare products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring timely delivery and strict compliance with cold‑chain standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transportation of ZPMM healthcare products, providing real‑time status updates.
• Verify outbound documents (invoices, POs, receipt numbers) and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Conduct vehicle checks for temperature limits, cleanliness, and necessary tools.
• Plan efficient routes, load vehicles according to weight, height and stacking standards, and follow FIFO delivery flow.
• Maintain cold‑chain, GSDP, GMP, 5S and SOP compliance throughout transit.
• Obtain valid Proof of Delivery and handle cash collection, payment terms and invoice hand‑over.
• Manage returns, recalls and report any damaged or quarantined goods immediately.
• Communicate politely with internal teams and clients, escalating critical issues as needed.

Required profile

• Good attitude, health and ability to lift reasonable loads.
• Valid driving licence and knowledge of road safety, traffic regulations and defensive driving.
• Familiarity with loading/unloading procedures, documentation and basic vehicle checks.
• High school education or equivalent and basic English skills.
• Self‑reliant, honest, hard‑working and able to perform under pressure.
