Training Executive – Onboarding & Development

About the role

Prudential is seeking a proactive Training Executive to lead the onboarding and development of its distribution channels. You will deliver training modules, support new recruits through regulatory exams and licensing, and ensure accurate training data management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver onboarding and training for new agents using classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Prepare training materials, schedules, logistics, and learning resources; follow up on incomplete, absent, or replacement participants.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities, maintain training records, master data, and generate timely reports.
• Gather feedback, conduct training needs analysis, and continuously improve training content and learner experience.
• Monitor training outcomes, analyze data, and implement actions to enhance training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in training, onboarding, or related functions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Fluent in Burmese and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
