Trade Marketing UTC & Loyalty Specialist

About the role

The Trade Marketing UTC & Loyalty Specialist is responsible for executing UTC and loyalty promotions that align with brand priorities and shopper insights. The role works closely with the Trade Marketing Insight Manager to analyse channel performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute UTC and loyalty promotions, defining mechanics, prizes, timelines and briefs for internal and external teams.
• Support channel analysis, sales trend reviews, outlet performance tracking and competitor updates.
• Prepare concise performance summaries, promotion results and execution gap analyses for management.
• Maintain accurate trade‑marketing dashboards, data files and recurring reports with regular data checks.
• Track promotion execution, budget usage, ROI and flag gaps for corrective action.
• Coordinate POSM, merchandise and promotional materials across channels to ensure timely, quality execution.
• Produce post‑evaluation reports with key learnings and improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, agencies and partners to align plans and execution requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in commercial, trade marketing, sales operations or business analysis, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong background in promotion execution, data accuracy, reporting and practical recommendation inputs.
• Excellent execution skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
