Trade Marketing & Budgeting Senior Specialist

About the role

The Trade Marketing & Budgeting Senior Specialist is responsible for executing indoor and outdoor merchandising, managing POSM visibility, overseeing branding vendors, conducting market research, and handling the marketing budget across dealer and distributor networks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse stock transfers, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure proper spacing for upcoming stock.
• Visit distributor warehouses to assess campaign material stock levels and condition.
• Manage expense requests, claims, and invoice processing for trade marketing activities.
• Monitor POSM production quality, quantity, and compliance with branding guidelines.
• Prepare and collect POSM usage reports and vendor geo‑tagged photo reports.
• Assist daily marketing budget tasks, work with Finance and SAP teams, and act as focal person for payment requests.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, including operational campaign implementation and POSM management.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team‑coaching abilities.
• Ability to travel for field visits and work outdoors as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using SAP for budgeting and payment processes.
