About the role

We are seeking a TowerCo SLA Officer to join our NOC – Technical Center. The role involves managing SLA portfolios, validating outages, and ensuring accurate reporting for TowerCo services.

Key responsibilities

Manage assigned TowerCo SLA portfolios end‑to‑end.
Validate outages, root‑cause analysis, restoration times, and incident responsibility.
Review SLA violations and exclusion requests.
Calculate SLA penalties and deductions.
Conduct monthly SLA reconciliation and dispute management.
Support invoice verification and SLA reporting.
Monitor TowerCo performance and identify recurring issues.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Telecom, NOC, O&M, TowerCo, or SLA management (preferred).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑validation abilities.
Good understanding of SLA, outage management, RCA, and reconciliation processes.
Proficient written and spoken English.
Detail‑oriented and able to meet monthly deadlines.
