Team Lead (Senior Officer) – Outlet Delivery

About the role

The role is responsible for coordinating the end‑to‑end delivery and operational readiness of Agent Banking outlets, ensuring timely setup and smooth commencement of operations. It also supports budget coordination, procurement, asset management and cross‑functional collaboration to sustain outlet performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end outlet setup and rollout after partner onboarding, covering site readiness, renovation, system enablement, staffing and operational commencement.
• Provide interim outlet leadership during launches, transitions or staffing gaps to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage procurement of assets and equipment, from requirement gathering to delivery, registration and deployment in partnership with Procurement and Administration.
• Maintain outlet asset records, monitor movement, custody, inventory and depreciation together with Finance and Administration.
• Track outlet budgets and operational expenses, handling claims, invoices, payments and supporting documentation.
• Support operational governance by monitoring controls, incident tracking, issue escalation and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with Channel Management, Channel Integration, anchor branches, partners and support functions to guarantee outlet readiness and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred professional certifications in accounting, banking, finance or risk management).
• 2‑3 years of experience in banking, financial services or related fields, with demonstrated experience managing teams, agent networks or branch operations.
• Understanding of banking operations, customer engagement and business development; knowledge of regulatory, compliance and risk considerations in partner‑based banking is desirable.
• Working‑level proficiency in Myanmar and English (spoken and written).
