Talent Development Specialist (Soft Skills Trainer)

About the role

The Talent Development Specialist will design, deliver, and scale soft‑skills training across the organization. You will create a plug‑and‑play curriculum, certify regional trainers, and ensure consistent learning experiences for all branches.

Key responsibilities

• Design a standardized soft‑skills curriculum covering communication, teamwork, and branch leadership, and develop KPI frameworks for training impact.
• Lead a Train‑the‑Trainer program to certify branch managers and regional representatives as Branch Champions.
• Coordinate regional hub roll‑outs, grouping branches into territories to scale training efficiently.
• Deliver virtual and on‑site training sessions, manage the yearly soft‑skill training plan, and support corporate HR policy roll‑outs.
• Implement the 70‑20‑10 learning framework, overseeing self‑learning tracks, e‑learning modules on the LMS, and on‑site reinforcement.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited university; a bachelor’s degree or professional certificate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training facilitation.
• Proven ability to run large‑scale virtual classrooms and physical roadshows.
• Fluent in English and Burmese, both written and spoken.
• High digital and data literacy, comfortable working with corporate LMS and analytics.
