Talent Acquisition Manager – Pharma & FMCG

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead strategic recruitment and workforce planning for a fast‑growing healthcare group in Myanmar. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will partner with business heads to build executive and expatriate talent pipelines across the pharma and FMCG sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning and employer branding.
• Lead executive search assignments and manage expatriate hiring initiatives.
• Develop and maintain sustainable talent pipelines using modern sourcing platforms.
• Oversee recruitment agency partnerships and ensure process optimisation.
• Utilise recruitment analytics to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of progressive HR and talent acquisition experience.
• At least 4 years in a recruitment leadership role.
• Proven experience in executive search, international sourcing and expatriate recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
