Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, build strong talent pipelines, and support broader HR initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of HR and business units to attract, hire, and onboard the right talent while continuously improving recruitment effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer preparation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
• Partner with the Head of HR and department heads to meet hiring needs on time.
• Build and maintain a talent pool, recruitment database and accurate records.
• Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, HR documentation and other administrative tasks while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist with HR projects, employee engagement activities, training coordination and other initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
• Understanding of Myanmar Labour Law and HR practices.
• Strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time‑management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
• Energetic, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
