Talent Acquisition Executive – Fixed Term

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for junior to mid‑level positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This fixed‑term role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and maintaining high standards of communication throughout the hiring cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, talent databases and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial phone or video assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Organise interview schedules, send calendar invites, book meeting rooms and set up virtual interview links.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a professional experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and generate recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent English with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail‑oriented approach and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
