System Analyst

About the role

Sunfix Consulting is seeking two System Analysts to join its ERP implementation team in Yangon. The role involves translating customer business needs into functional specifications and supporting the full project lifecycle from analysis to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements.
• Understand current (AS‑IS) processes and design future (TO‑BE) processes.
• Perform Fit‑Gap analysis and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
• Analyze ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Support API/integration requirements and data mapping.
• Prepare test scenarios and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Investigate system issues and coordinate with technical teams.
• Facilitate customer workshops, demonstrations, training, and go‑live activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, JSON/XML, and system integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Infor SunSystems, Acumatica, or other ERP platforms is a plus.
