About the role
We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager who is fluent in Japanese (N2 level) to lead IT projects on‑site in Yangon. The role involves managing project delivery, coordinating coding activities, and ensuring effective communication across multicultural teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee IT project delivery, including coding and development tasks.
- Apply Agile methodology to manage project timelines and quality.
- Facilitate multicultural communication and collaboration within project teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and multicultural communication expertise.
