Senior QA & System Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior QA & System Support Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves working closely with partners to develop, maintain, and support complex solutions using a variety of technologies, libraries, and tools. You will become the go‑to expert for system‑related processes, workflows, and configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the expert for system‑related processes, workflows, setup, configuration and knowledge base for assigned systems.
• Support users and product teams with system knowledge and innovative ideas.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents and provide timely feedback.
• Create detailed, well‑structured test plans and test cases, estimate and prioritize testing activities.
• Design, develop and execute automated test scripts and perform thorough regression testing.
• Identify, document, track bugs and coordinate root‑cause investigations with developers and partners.
• Guide junior team members to improve system knowledge and productivity.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Monitor debugging results and suggest enhancements to reduce repetitive work.

Required profile

• Proven work experience in software development and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to communicate and manage external vendors or consultants.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
