Showroom & Sales Manager

About the role

Burma Watch is seeking a dynamic Showroom & Sales Manager to lead its flagship store in Yangon. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations, including merchandising, product displays, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to manage order timelines and deliveries.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance, generate regular reports, and identify new market opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing in‑store events, promotions, and brand activations.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English for daily client and business communication.
• Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
