Service Engineer – Medical Devices (Yangon)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team in Yangon. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on installing, configuring and commissioning medical devices for healthcare customers across Myanmar.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission medical equipment at customer sites, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues, and coordinate repairs or parts replacement.
• Provide user training and technical guidance to healthcare professionals.
• Document service activities, prepare reports and maintain accurate maintenance and inventory records.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to address inquiries, support product demonstrations and contribute to service quality improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with clear communication skills for healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Previous experience servicing medical equipment or regulated technical products is an advantage.
