Service Engineer

About the role

AdvaMed Medical Innovation Co., Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Service Engineer to join its Yangon team. The engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring and commissioning a range of medical devices at hospitals and clinics across Myanmar, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration and repairs to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on‑site, providing timely solutions.
• Deliver user training and technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Document all service activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and equipment manufacturers for complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, tools and service reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in biomedical, electronics, electrical engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven field‑service experience with on‑site installation, commissioning and customer support.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare staff and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout Myanmar and work flexible hours when needed.
