Senior System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise‑grade IT infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on hardware and software work with a strong focus on high‑availability solutions for mission‑critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain enterprise hardware and software infrastructure.
• Implement and manage high‑availability clusters using Red Hat technologies and Pacemaker.
• Automate system provisioning, configuration and operations with Ansible, Terraform or similar tools.
• Perform Linux system administration, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Create clear technical documentation and regular status reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver production‑ready solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for virtualization, storage and networking components.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Engineer or equivalent role.
• Strong background in hardware implementation and enterprise infrastructure.
• Solid Linux administration experience, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Hands‑on experience with Pacemaker HA clustering.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Good documentation, reporting and communication abilities.
• Understanding of virtualization, storage and networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently on project‑based deliverables.
