Senior System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our technical team and drive the design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise‑grade IT infrastructure. The role focuses on high‑availability solutions, automation and Linux system administration in mission‑critical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain hardware and software components of enterprise infrastructure.
• Implement and manage Red Hat‑based high‑availability clusters using Pacemaker.
• Automate provisioning, configuration and operational tasks with Ansible, Terraform or similar tools.
• Perform Linux system administration, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Produce clear technical documentation and regular status reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and clients to deliver production‑ready solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Engineer or in a comparable role.
• Strong hands‑on background in hardware implementation and enterprise infrastructure.
• Solid expertise in Linux administration and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Experience with Pacemaker HA clustering and automation tools.
• Good documentation, reporting and communication abilities.
