Senior Sales Representative

About the role

This hybrid sales‑and‑logistics position is responsible for delivering a full door‑to‑door service to supermarket customers. You will split your time between office‑based sales activities, field prospecting and the physical delivery of goods, ensuring a seamless experience from order capture to payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily cold calls and on‑site prospecting to generate new business and expand the customer base.
• Visit existing customers regularly to maintain relationships, assess inventory needs and present new product ranges.
• Capture and process orders using mobile devices or manual logs, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Plan and execute the delivery of goods to customer locations, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition.
• Collect payments (cash, check or digital) at the point of delivery and reconcile daily collections.
• Submit payment remittances to the Finance Department while following strict cash‑handling policies.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities to balance sales calls, route planning and deliveries.
• Valid driving licence and the physical capability to load and unload merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High personal ethics and a proactive, "can‑do" attitude when facing rejections or logistical challenges.
• Commitment to solving customer problems on the spot during deliveries.
