Senior Sales Executive

About the role

ShopDoora is a technology‑driven company that empowers individuals and businesses across Myanmar with digital tools and innovative platforms. The Senior Sales Executive will work on‑site in Yangon to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and present ShopDoora’s technology solutions to decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in the Myanmar market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and enterprise clients.
• Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Track sales performance, report on pipeline and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer support.
• Contribute to sales strategy, provide market feedback and help drive growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in technology, SaaS or digital services.
• Strong lead‑generation, client‑relationship management and deal‑closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities in English and local languages.
• Comfort with CRM tools, sales‑tracking systems and basic data analysis for reporting.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Myanmar business landscape and familiarity with local SMEs and enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
