About the role
The Senior Sale Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and effective merchandising. This role blends operational leadership with direct customer service to enhance team performance and store profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations.
- Monitor sales targets, control shrinkage, and ensure accurate inventory.
- Implement product replacement strategies and maintain effective display guidelines.
- Apply FIFO and FEFO principles for expiry management.
- Assign shifts, supervise subordinates, and allocate tasks.
- Develop and coach staff to deliver high‑quality customer service.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales or retail supervision.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
- Strong focus on people development and performance improvement.
