About the role
The Payroll Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new corporate payroll clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving growth of the payroll portfolio for uab bank.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and promote the bank’s payroll solutions.
- Coordinate client onboarding and service implementation, working with internal departments and partners.
- Drive cross‑selling of complementary products such as life insurance, general insurance and HR management systems.
- Monitor sales performance to achieve assigned targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
Required profile
- Proven ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with payroll customers.
- Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Experience in banking, relationship management, sales or business development is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
