Senior Quality Supervisor

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead quality assurance activities on the shop floor, ensuring strict GMP and regulatory compliance across production, analytical, and packaging laboratories.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain all quality system requirements, acting as the primary bridge between central quality and production.
• Translate global quality methods into local procedures and support new product technical transfers and experimental manufacturing orders.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of laboratory and production equipment.
• Execute performance and equipment validations, write summary reports, and enforce accurate data reporting and statistical analysis.
• Develop sampling, retention, and testing programs for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished products.
• Participate in investigations of customer, consumer, and supplier complaints and non‑conformances.

Required profile

• Graduate in a science discipline (B.Sc. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or related).
• 3‑5 years of laboratory experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic or consumer‑products industries.

Required skills

• Instrumental knowledge and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
• Strong understanding of GMP, QA/QC, and quality system requirements.
• Statistical Process Control and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and validation lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills.
