Senior Property Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Property Sales Consultant to accelerate the growth of our real‑estate business in Myanmar. The successful candidate will leverage proven sales expertise to attract and advise clients on both commercial and residential property investments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients, offering tailored property consultancy services.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals to secure consulting agreements.
• Assess client property needs and conduct market research to pinpoint high‑profitability areas.
• Analyze housing market trends and recommend suitable properties for investment.
• Show commercial and residential properties, advising on value and suitability.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay current with real‑estate trends and project developments across Myanmar.
• Prepare regular performance reports for sales managers and the board.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real‑estate industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and closing capabilities.
