Senior Odoo Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing team in Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work on diverse Odoo projects that directly impact business performance while expanding your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing Odoo implementations, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Odoo developer, preferably in senior or lead roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
