Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Global Technology Group is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across its telecom, enterprise digital services, and cloud solutions business units. The role combines strategic planning, brand positioning, and hands‑on campaign execution to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals for all units.
• Oversee creation of high‑quality digital assets, corporate communications, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on brand positioning, market expansion, and growth plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Stay current on emerging digital trends and technologies.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and report on performance metrics such as ROI.
• Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong background in both digital and offline marketing, preferably within telecom, cloud, or technology industries.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, brand management, and campaign leadership.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
