Senior Marketing Manager – Integrated Marketing Lead

About the role

Global Technology Group is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across its telecom, enterprise digital services, and cloud solutions business units in Yangon. The role combines strategic planning, brand positioning, and hands‑on campaign execution to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals for all units.
• Oversee creation of high‑quality digital assets, corporate communications, and marketing materials.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and report on performance metrics such as ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure marketing aligns with overall objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, brand management, and campaign leadership, preferably in telecom, cloud services or technology industries.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads.
• Experience with analytics tools.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies and platforms.
