About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will develop marketing materials aligned with the department’s strategy and support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing initiatives. This role focuses on driving brand performance for Pocari Sweat in assigned areas.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute new marketing ideas and campaigns.
Take overall responsibility for brand performance of Pocari Sweat in assigned territories.
Conduct regular field visits to build and maintain relationships with Sports Trainers and other KOLs.
Arrange and conduct seminars/presentations for Sports Trainers to enhance product knowledge.
Analyze KOL feedback and market insights from hospitals and clinics.

Required profile

Any degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Medical Representative or FMCG marketing.
Strong presentation and brand communication skills.
Ability to prepare presentations on various topics.
Interest in event management, adaptable, highly motivated and customer‑centric.
