Senior Manager – Business Control (Network & IT)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Business Control (Network & IT) partners with technology leadership to drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and strategic investment governance. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Performance Management, the role ensures disciplined financial management across all Network and IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and monthly forecasting for Network & IT functions.
• Own cost allocation, provisions, accruals, and month‑end financial postings for operating expenses.
• Monitor actual spend versus budget, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct deep‑dive performance analyses, develop dashboards, and present insights to technology leadership.
• Drive financial governance for technology investments, review business cases, and perform post‑investment benefit reviews.
• Partner with CXOs, procurement, and IT teams to support strategic planning, vendor negotiations, and scenario analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and cost control within a technology or network environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
