Senior IT Sales Specialist (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Sales professional to drive new business opportunities and promote our IT systems and services. The role involves full‑cycle sales activities, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online channels.
• Research potential customers and understand their IT requirements.
• Present company solutions, prepare proposals, quotations and conduct negotiations.
• Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, follow‑up, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B IT, software or solution sales.
• Proven ability to manage sales opportunities independently from contact to closure.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
