Senior Clinical Research Associate (Nordics) – Remote

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (or CRA II) to support studies across Norway, Finland, Denmark and Sweden. The role is home‑based and involves both on‑site and remote monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and protocol requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, management and close‑out visits.
• Assess site performance, identify issues, and develop corrective action plans.
• Verify informed consent processes and protect patient confidentiality.
• Conduct source document review and ensure accurate CRF data entry.
• Apply query resolution techniques remotely and on‑site, driving issues to closure.
• Monitor protocol deviations, pharmacovigilance concerns and overall data integrity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CRA or CRA II in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP, Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) and relevant regulations.
• Ability to evaluate site processes and communicate findings effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
