Sales & Technical Executive – Concrete Admixtures

About the role

As a Sales & Technical Executive you will promote and sell Sika’s concrete admixture products, provide technical support to contractors and batching plants, and help drive business growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients such as contractors and batching plants.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials and technical presentations.
• Provide after‑sales service and technical solutions to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for sales planning and product delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or technical roles, preferably in construction materials.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel to client sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
