Sales Support Specialist – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to bridge our sales, engineering, and client teams. You will guide solar projects from the first customer contact through to final installation, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records, meeting schedules, and contract status in our database.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone or email and arrange sales calls.
• Prepare price quotes, proposals, and contracts following company pricing rules.
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to monitor project progress and provide updates to customers.
• Generate simple weekly sales reports for management.
• Collect customer feedback and organize warranty documentation after installations.
• Coordinate logistics for client meetings, site visits, and company events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a courteous, helpful attitude.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
• Interest in solar energy and eagerness to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
• Any internship or experience in customer service or office support is a plus.
