Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales representatives at Capital Taiyo Life Insurance Ltd. based in Hlaing. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving business targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and evaluate daily sales activities to meet individual and team targets.
• Coach, train and develop sales staff, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Analyse sales data and market trends, preparing reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement sales strategies and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Proven team‑management and training experience, with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, capable of building trust with clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related sales environment is an advantage.
