Sales Representative – Territory Management

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage and achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets within an assigned territory. The role involves building relationships with retailers and customers while ensuring product availability and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs within the designated territory.
• Visit and manage assigned outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with retailers, customers, and other business partners.
• Identify and develop new outlets and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Take and follow up on customer orders and ensure timely coordination with relevant teams for delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, pricing, and customer feedback, and report relevant insights to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and relevant guidelines.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records and update required information in the DMS.
• Support sales promotions, merchandising activities, and other company initiatives in the assigned territory.
• Perform other duties and ad‑hoc assignments as assigned by the Line Manager.
