Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a driven and customer‑focused Sales Representative to join our Commercial team in Yangon. In this role, you will be at the frontline of our business – growing sales, strengthening customer partnerships, and bringing CCPBM’s brands closer to consumers every day.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and manage retail and wholesale outlets within the assigned territory.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and trade partners.
• Drive sales growth, distribution, product availability, visibility, and execution excellence.
• Execute merchandising, promotions, and in‑store activation standards.
• Monitor product freshness and ensure strong marketplace execution.
• Track sales performance and share relevant market, competitor, customer, and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to support effective route‑to‑market execution and customer service.
• Represent CCPBM professionally and embody the values of Agility, Accountability, Inclusivity, and Resilience in every interaction.

Required profile

• Strong sales, customer relationship, and negotiation skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience or understanding of territory management, route planning, merchandising, or trade execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to understand sales data, prepare basic reports, and use digital tools such as Excel and sales tracking systems.
• High integrity, accountability, resilience, and agility to succeed in a dynamic field environment.
• Fluency in the local language; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous FMCG or beverage sales experience is preferred, but not essential.
