Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Yoma Land, a leading real estate developer in Myanmar, is looking for a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Yangon. The role focuses on driving revenue and occupancy across residential, commercial and industrial projects while delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and site visits, and negotiate contracts.
• Set sales targets, develop strategies, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams to align sales activities with project timelines and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records, update the CRM and database, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Handle customer inquiries, coordinate with other departments, and follow up on payment collection.
• Organise and attend events such as product launches, exhibitions and promotions.
• Conduct market research, including customer questionnaires and surveys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing or management, preferably in real estate.
• Fluent in Burmese and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
