Sales Manager (Media & Advertising)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Media & Advertising business. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across the service sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to generate repeat business.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service value and capture new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery of services.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales activities.
• Lead, mentor and support the key account management team.
• Conduct market research, negotiate contracts and manage budgets.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• 6‑7 years of experience in the service industry with a proven sales or business‑development track record.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic, data‑driven decision making and analytical mindset.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment and willing to travel.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
