Sales Manager – Internet Service Provider

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Internet Service Provider (ISP) sales team at our head office in Hlaing, Yangon. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily operations and set sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Prepare regular sales and service performance reports.
• Manage customer accounts and coordinate with the engineering team for service delivery.
• Attend internal and client meetings, representing the sales function.
• Recruit, orient, train, and retain sales staff.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of sales representatives and set targets.
• Lead weekly and monthly sales meetings, communicating vision and processes.
• Develop relationships with property management for contract negotiations.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties assigned by directors.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in sales, marketing or a related field, or at least 3 years experience in a senior sales/marketing position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Target‑oriented with strong customer focus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools.
